Dipping and Decorating
You will need
1- Put the candy melts into microwave on medium heat. I tend to do it at 30 sec intervals, stirring between the 30 sec intervals until completely melted.
2- Once the candy melts are completely melted dip the stick into the candy melt (about 1cm) place stick into cake ball.
3- Once the candy melt is dry around the stick, you are ready to start dipping.
4- Holding the end of the stick dip the cake pop into bowl of candy melt making sure to cover the whole of the pop. Gently shake off the excess candy melt.
5- Decorate with sprinkles.
6- Let them dry. If you do not have cake pops stands they you can use polystyrene block or a colander.
